Some may know us a quick connector between Hamilton Avenue and Colerain Avenue. Some a little more familiar with Northside may know us as the first street of "South Block."

We like to think of ourselves as the new frontier of Northside — home of PAR-Projects, Studeō PAR-, Gulow Street Bar & Kitchen, and Happen Outside. But before us were the originals like John Hall Auto, Doran Transfer & Rigging, and Wooley Electric.

To celebrate our collective energy, every year we partner with as many neighbors as possible, shut down the 1600 block of Hoffner Street, and host OUR- Block Party!
